🎤 ask the bodypower coaches

No question is too basic.

We’re opening this thread for the questions you might normally search privately.

Maybe you’ve wondered:

“How much protein do I actually need?”

“Can I build muscle while losing weight?”

“How should I train when my energy is low?”

“What happens when I stop a GLP-1?”

“What should I know before starting TRT?”

“Are peptides actually backed by research?”

“Why am I constantly tired despite sleeping?”

“How do I know if my training is actually working?”

Or maybe your question has nothing to do with those.

Ask it here.

Our community is built around bringing together education, expert discussion and real-world experiences.

We’ll collect some of the most useful questions from this thread and use them for future:

Should fasting insulin become a routine health check?
