Are you eating enough while using a GLP-1?

One thing that can easily happen with GLP-1 treatment is that your appetite becomes much smaller.

That can be helpful for weight management, but it can also make it harder to get enough protein, fluids and overall nutrition.

A smaller appetite doesn’t necessarily mean your body needs less nutrition.

A few things worth keeping an eye on:

:cut_of_meat: Protein β€” Are you getting enough to support your goals?

:droplet: Hydration β€” Are you drinking enough throughout the day?

:green_salad: Food quality β€” Are your meals still giving you the nutrients you need?

:person_lifting_weights: Strength training β€” Are you giving your muscles a reason to stay strong?
