🔬 peptides: what does the evidence actually say?

Hype vs. science :eyes:

Peptides are everywhere online right now.

You might see claims about:

:flexed_biceps: Muscle growth
:fire: Fat loss
:high_voltage: Recovery
:dna: Anti-ageing
:adhesive_bandage: Tissue repair

But here’s the important part:

“Being talked about” doesn’t automatically mean “proven to work.”

Different peptides have completely different mechanisms, evidence and regulatory status. Some have established medical uses, while others are still being researched or have limited evidence for the claims made about them.

Before believing a claim, ask:

1. What exactly is the peptide?

2. What does the research actually show?

3. Was the research conducted in humans?

4. What are the known risks?

5. Is it approved/authorised for the claimed use where you live?
