The 30-day health reset — but without the extreme stuff

What if you didn’t try to completely change your life?

No extreme diet.

No six-day workout schedule.

No cutting out every food you enjoy.

No “new me” routine that lasts 11 days.

Instead…

For the next 30 days, focus on a few basics.

:cut_of_meat: PRIORITISE PROTEIN

Build meals around a sensible protein source.

:person_walking: MOVE EVERY DAY

Walk more. Take the stairs. Get outside.

:person_lifting_weights: TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

If you’re able to, include resistance training consistently.

 PROTECT YOUR SLEEP

Your recovery doesn’t happen while you’re scrolling at 2am.

:droplet: STAY HYDRATED

Don’t wait until you’re already thirsty.

:date: BE CONSISTENT

One imperfect day doesn’t matter nearly as much as repeatedly getting back on track.

The objective isn’t to become a completely different person in 30 days.

It’s to build 30 days of evidence that you can keep promises to yourself.

:backhand_index_pointing_down: YOUR CHALLENGE

Pick ONE:

30 days of better sleep
30 days of consistent training
30 days of prioritising protein
30 days of daily movement
30 days of better hydration

“I’m choosing ______.”

Then come back at the end of the month and tell us how it went.
