Let’s play a game.
I’ll give you three statements.
Which one would you investigate before believing?
A️⃣
“People on GLP-1s should focus on protein and resistance training to help support muscle.”
B️⃣
“This peptide can dramatically increase fat loss with no downside.”
C️⃣
“Poor sleep can make managing appetite and maintaining healthy habits more difficult.”
The trick?
All three deserve context.
Even a statement that sounds sensible needs to be understood properly.
And the more dramatic the claim, the more important it is to ask:
Where’s the evidence?
Before believing a health claim, look for:
Quality human research
Appropriate study populations
Meaningful outcomes
Risks and limitations
Professional guidance where appropriate
