🧠 coach’s corner

A quick tip from the BodyPower coaching team

Stop chasing perfect weeks. Start building consistent ones.

You don’t need to completely change your diet, train seven days a week or follow a perfect routine to make progress.

Instead, focus on a few things you can realistically repeat:

:cut_of_meat: Get your protein in
:person_lifting_weights: Keep your muscles working
:person_walking: Move throughout the day
 Prioritise your sleep
:droplet: Stay hydrated
:tear_off_calendar: Stick with the basics consistently

You’ll have days when motivation is low, plans change and things don’t go perfectly.

That’s normal.

The important thing is not letting one bad day become a bad week.
