How do you know what health advice to actually trust?
We’re surrounded by health information all day.
One creator says eat more carbs.
Another says cut carbs completely.
One person says TRT changed their life.
Another says never touch it.
One post says GLP-1s are a miracle.
Another says they’re dangerous.
Then there are peptides, supplements, fasting, cold plunges, longevity protocols…
It can get exhausting.
So instead of asking:
“Who should I believe?”
Try asking:
1. What is the evidence?
Is there actual research behind the claim?
2. Who is making the claim?
Are they an expert, a creator, a company selling something, or simply sharing personal experience?
3. Is the evidence relevant to me?
Something that works in one population doesn’t automatically apply to everyone.
4. What are the limitations?
Every study has limitations. Good information acknowledges them.
5. Is someone promising a guaranteed result?
That’s usually a reason to become more skeptical, not less.
