🧠 what happens if you stop?

What happens when you stop taking a GLP-1?

This is something a lot of people wonder about — especially after reaching their weight-loss goal.

Stopping a GLP-1 doesn’t mean your progress automatically disappears. But it can mean your body and appetite change again.

Some people may experience:

:fork_and_knife_with_plate: Increased appetite or cravings
:balance_scale: Weight regain
:flexed_biceps: Changes in body composition
:counterclockwise_arrows_button: A need to adjust nutrition and training habits
:brain: More focus on maintaining the routines built during treatment

This is why the period after active treatment can be just as important as the weight-loss phase itself.

The goal isn’t simply to stop treatment.

It’s to make sure you have sustainable habits around:

:person_walking: Daily movement

:flexed_biceps: Muscle preservation

And importantly, don’t stop or change prescribed medication without discussing it with your healthcare professional.
